A small team, on purpose

No office tour, no stock photos of people pointing at whiteboards. Bellmeir is built by a small, focused team that does everything itself: the backend, the web console, the mobile apps, the design, the documentation and the support. All of it.

Staying small is deliberate. For a school, it turns out to be a strength:

• You talk directly to the people who build it. Every question, every demo, every support call reaches the team itself, not a call centre reading from a script.
• Fixes and custom features move fast. There is no backlog committee. If your school needs a report in your board's exact format, it gets scoped and built, often in days.
• No support tickets disappearing into a queue. When you write in, the people reading it are the same people who can fix it.

The promise

• Honest quotes. You'll get a clear, itemised number after your demo, no hidden tiers, no surprise fees later.
• No lock-in. Your data is always exportable and always yours. Renewal has to be earned, not enforced.
