What schools ask us about cost

Every deployment is customised, so pricing is quoted per school. It reflects your size, branches, the modules you use, and any custom features you ask for. Get in touch and we'll share a clear, itemised quote after your demo.

No. Onboarding, including importing your classes, sections and student lists, is included. We want you live and confident, not nickel-and-dimed.

Those are optional extras, and nothing essential depends on them. Signing in needs no SMS at all: staff use an email and password, families and drivers use their phone number and a password your office issues. Alerts reach families in the app and as phone notifications, at no per-message cost. If you additionally want text messages, that is usage-based and billed by the SMS provider. If you collect fees online, the payment-gateway charge is set by your provider. We'll lay out the options transparently.

No lock-in. Your data is always exportable and always yours. We'd rather earn your renewal with great software and support than trap you in a contract.
