The infirmary desk
A focused login that opens straight into the health room: a proper record for every visit, a medicine cupboard that balances, and each child's health history in one place.
What is on your sidebar
- Infirmary, visits, the medicine cupboard, screenings and immunisations. This is your home screen
- Students, look any child up so you know the class, the guardian and the number to call
- Reports and exports for infirmary data
- My HR, your own leave, notices and payslips
Recording a visit
Open a visit
Add the child, or several children at once when a group comes in together after the same incident. Record the complaint, what you observed and the treatment given.
Dispense from the cupboard
Medicine given during a visit comes off the ledger, so what the shelf says and what the record says stay the same number.
Close it with an outcome
Returned to class, sent home, referred, or kept under observation. The outcome is the part the office and the family need.
Flag a follow-up
Mark a visit for follow-up so a case that needs another look does not get quietly forgotten between two busy mornings.
The medicine ledger
- Restock when a purchase arrives, with quantity, batch and expiry
- Dispense against a visit, so every unit that leaves has a reason attached to it
- Low stock and expiring soon warnings, so you reorder before the shelf is bare and pull expired stock before it is handed to a child
- The ledger is the movement history, so the current count is something you can explain and not just a number somebody typed
Health records, screenings and immunisations
- Health record per child: conditions, allergies, blood group and anything the school needs to know in an emergency. Serious ones surface on the child's profile, so the office is not reading it for the first time during the emergency
- Screenings, record height, weight, vision, dental and the rest, per child, per round
- Immunisations, keep each child's history in one place rather than in a folder
Who else can see this
Health records are visible to the infirmary login and to school leadership, not to every member of staff. A teacher does not get a child's medical history because they teach them.
Exports
Pull the visit log, the medicine ledger or the screening data as PDF, Excel, Word or CSV, for a health-department return or for your own records.
Your own record
My HR is yours: leave, day notices and payslips. School doctors and nurses are employees on the register like everybody else, so you file your own leave rather than asking the office to do it for you.
