A warm, reassuring window onto your child's school life. Track the van, follow academics, stay on top of fees and never miss a notice, all from one friendly app.

Signing in

Your phone number and a password the school office issues. No username to remember, and no code by SMS to wait for.

Install the app

Download the Bellmeir app from your app store (or the link your school shares) and open it.

Enter your mobile number

Type the phone number you gave the school office, then tap Continue.

Enter your password

Type the password the school office gave you and tap Sign in. You're in, welcome! 💚 Lost it? The office can issue a new one.

There is no website to sign in to. The app is the whole of Bellmeir for families, and everything you are entitled to see is in it. The web portal is a staff tool. See which app is whose.
Number not recognised? Only numbers registered by your school can sign in. If yours isn't working, contact the school office to update it.

Your home screen

Home is designed around what matters most each morning.

  • Live van card, a map with the bus, how many stops away it is, and "Call driver" / "View full map" buttons
  • Today card, attendance status, homework due and the next test
  • Class diary card, today's homework at a glance
  • Bottom navigation, Home · Academics · Diary · Fees · Notices

Live van tracking

The feature parents love most. When the van starts its route, the home card comes alive.

  • Watch the bus glide along a live map (it refreshes every few seconds)
  • See where the van is right now, on the road it is actually taking, with an arrival time when we can compute one
  • Your own doorstep, not a shared stop: you pin your home once and the driver comes to it
  • Get told once when the van is nearly there, so nobody waits outside in the sun or the rain
  • Receive a happy "boarded" the moment your child is on board, with the time
  • And, just as importantly, hear straight away if the van reached your door and nobody was there
  • Tap Call driver to dial directly if you need to

Academics & results

Follow your child's progress without chasing the school.

  • Attendance percentage and recent marks at a glance
  • Report cards as PDFs you can view and save
  • When results are published, they arrive as a little celebration 🏅
  • A friendly study/usage report with a weekly view

Homework & diary

The Diary tab is a dated feed of homework and class notes from teachers, so "what's the homework?" always has an answer. Students can submit assignments here too, with due-today and upcoming sections.

Fees & payments

Always know what's due, and keep every receipt in one place.

See what's due

The Fees tab shows your outstanding amount in bold, with the due date.

Pay your way

Pay at the school office as usual, and the payment appears here with a receipt. If your school has enabled online payment, tap Pay now to pay by UPI, card or net-banking instead.

Keep your receipt

Every payment, at the office or online, gives you a downloadable receipt you can save and share.

Online payment is available when your school has enabled a payment gateway. If you don't see Pay now, your school may collect fees another way.

Notices

The Notices tab is a calm, organised feed, unread items are marked with a coral dot. Tapping a notice can take you straight to the relevant screen (a result, a fee, or the van map).

Multiple children

Have more than one child at the school? Use the child switcher at the top of the home screen (a pill with the child's name and a chevron) to flip between them. Everything, van, academics, fees, updates to the selected child.
